Odd single user Outlook 2013 problem

Exchange 2013 on-prem and this is the only person having the issue when they open outlook 2013, on any machine. BUT webmail works fine for them.

I can resolve the name (check name) under account no problem it just cannot log on to Exchange even though user AD password is okay and changed to test.

Just started for this one user and nobody else

Yet Outlook works for others on same machine were it does not work for this person.

Settings (compared to others) on Exchange, AD, etc. look okay.

Don’t see it being an Outlook thing, but don’t see any other issues on Exchange either.

Would appreciate help.

If a quick view of attributes doesn’t make it obvious, I do a “get-adobject -prop*” on the offending user plus a control user, and a “dsacls” on those same for comparion.
