Aquasim installation

Hello Knudfl, I'm doing project on "Localization of sensor nodes in UWSN". I'm installing aquasim 1.0 in ns2.30 but it gives error that tclcl1.18 makefile error. please guide me how can i install it.

And is aquasim is good simulation tool for localization ?

You can successfully install the ns-2 version of aqua-sim (and aqua-3D) only on an old version of Linux.

On the other hand, you may install the ns-3 version of aqua-sim-NG on any latest Linux. And even may use Netsimulyzer to visualize UWSN in 3D.

You cannot build AquaSim with a temporary OS.   Lots of answers to find about this.

Newest is: CentOS 6.10 : gcc v3.4.6 .... and the latest Ubuntu was 10.10 : gcc 3.4.6
