On Tuesday, November 2, 2021, I came across a single, male Eurasian wigeon among a small (26) group of American wigeon gathered at MacGregor's Pond, alongside Highway 105 at Nyanza, Victoria County, Cape Breton Island. Poor photo attached clearly shows the distinctive red head of the bird.
