data quality again--how do you guys feel about checklists marked as 'yes, complete checklists' while they are not?
I think these do affect the data quality in general, and also percentages and statistics, and many other things such as bar charts etc.
There are several examples such as
or

BTW these two sample checklists did trigger the rarity filters

Hi Paolo and All,

For any checklists that are marked as complete that are clearly not, as in the cases above, we contact the observer to get them to switch the effort. If there is no response, the checklist gets invalidated. That said, it is easy to miss these checklists because whether the person is submitting a complete checklists or not does not show up in the review queue for a rarity, and obviously if it is a checklist that does not trigger the filter, we or others would have to stumble upon it haphazardly.

If any of you notice checklists like these, please pass them along to one of us and we will contact the observer.

Regards,

Dominic and Dave
