It appears the legacy Bugzilla is down:
Can't connect to the database.
Error: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)
Is your database installed and up and running?
Do you have the correct username and password selected in localconfig?
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

Fixed now; I have a watch on that service but missed that notification. Sometimes the MySQL service gets wedged.
