could not configure a c++ compiler in ns3 installation

but g++ is installed. What to do????????

Ubuntu? Or Mac OS

You're trying to use clang as your compiler (CXX="clang++") but it's not installed. If you want to use GCC (which is installed), remove that CXX flag.
