How to integrate NS3 with sumo

I am trying to do customisation in v2v-emergencyVehicleAlert-80211p.cc , How can we get real time data of cars eg.(position, speed, coordinates), also how can i change the alerts printed on sumo-gui.

Please help me.

Ns2MobilityHelper ns2 = Ns2MobilityHelper (path_tcl_file);

ns2.Install ();

Ptr<MobilityModel> mob = nodeContainer.Get (node_id)->GetObject<MobilityModel> ();

double lat = mob->GetPosition().x;

double lon = mob->GetPosition().y;

OR

Vector coords = mob->GetPosition() ;

Vector velocity = mob->GetVelocity();
