Npackd Package Manager UpDate

Greetings to all,

I really like the Npackd Package Manager & Marketplace but it hasn't been updated in years. I know that this takes a lot of work and people just run out of time. I'm grateful for the time I had to use it.  Are there going to be any updates or forks?  I really like it and hope it can be updated someday. It has so much potential.

There are some updates prepared for the next version, although I have not planned the release date yet.
