Noto font with similar characters set that of Arial Unicode MS

Dear Team,

I need a noto font which has the same characters as of Arial Unicode MS. How can i get this?

This is same as having multiple noto fonts in a single font file. Please advise!

There is no Noto font that has the same character coverage as Arial Unicode. There are multiple fonts in combination that give the same coverage but not a single font.

If you wanted to do so yourself, then you could use TTX/FontTools to combine the glyphs you want into a single font. You wouldn't be able to merge the hinting though you could possibly autohint the merged font.

nototools has a font merging script designed for merging Noto fonts that could be easily customized for specific needs. It's at https://github.com/googlei18n/nototools/blob/master/nototools/merge_noto.py.
