I need to know, what are the software requirements needed for installation. Step by Step procedure of installation on mac. Please guide me.

You should be able to run the MiTM in socks proxy mode on a mac without issue. Unfortunate the full MiTM modes are Linux-only -- advanced routing and the socket ioctls around them are not portable.
