Apache Cordova & Nodejs

Hi, I'm wanting to import my existing express generated web app into a new apache cordova app. 

Here is my issue:

Utilizing Handlebars with Express to inject .hbs files from /views into the layout.hbs {{{body}}} tag, how can this structure be converted for utilization with Apache Cordova, which is based on index.html?

Any help or just pointing me in the right direction would be great.
