WebSocket extensions as plugins

Hi everyone,

I wrote this week about the new websocket-extensions and permessage-deflate modules that I first released in December, and about the modular, pluggable approach to WebSocket extensions they enable.


I'd appreciate feedback from WebSocket authors and users alike.
