Remote editing and debugging tool

Hi All,

I've started a new project to help you edit and debug remote code. Documentation is not complete yet, but any feedback is appreciated.

The idea is to create a very light version of Cloud9 for making quick changes to your remote app. It also has a middleware option so you can easily embed it into your express app.
