Hello there I have been trying to upgrade my nodejs and npm versions on a gcloud virtual machine. The current version of node is v6.14.4 I would like to install a v8.x npm is also installed but on version 3.10.10 again I would like to upgrade this to a version

5.x.

Would much appreciate any direction or help i can get with this.
