Socket.io does not work on Internet explorer 9

I tried set the server:

io.set('transports', [
     'websocket'
   , 'flashsocket'
   , 'htmlfile'
   , 'xhr-polling'
   , 'jsonp-polling'
 ]);

and the client
var socket = io.connect('http://192.168.0.115:7700', {
transports: ['websocket', 'flashsocket', 'htmlfile', 'xhr-multipart', 'xhr-polling', 'jsonp-polling'],
rememberTransport: false
});

But no success.

seeing that he is the one that implemented ie9 &socket.io
