What Spirit should we use for a tasting?

It was suggested that we should organize another spirit tasting.  The date would probably be Feb/March in between the normal beer meetings.
  • The last tasting was whiskies; a mix of Scotch, Whisky, Bourbon, and Rye.
  • Tequila/Mezcal or R(h)um might be good choices.  The tasting could include an appropriate cocktail or two.  I would favor those over more whisky, in spite of having lots of Bourbon around.
  • Please respond! What Spirits would you like to see as part of a tasting?
