Dear Prof. Lee,

I have completed the side-chain assignments for a protein on a CC(CO)NH spectrum and would now like to transfer/carry those assignments over to a CCH-TOCSY spectrum that I have also collected.

Is there a command or script in Poky that would allow me to transfer the assignments from the CC(CO)NH to the CCH-TOCSY for all assigned residues automatically, rather than copying them peak by peak manually?

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Abhishek

Hi,

Use “ta” to transfer/simulate.

Good luck!

Prof. Lee,

I found it but it doesn't transfer all the assignments (only assignments corresponding to a single residue). What could be the reason?

Thank you,
Abhishek

If you are selecting a peak when you run “ta”, it only generates for that selected residue. Ensure not selecting anything.
