Re: Loading the XEASY/Cyana peaklist in Poky

Dear Prof. Lee,

I am trying to load an XEASY/CYANA peaklist (.peaks) in Poky for 15N NOESY spectra. I recall there being used to be a command to read (.peaks) files directly, but I cant seem to remember it.

Separately, I tried loading the corresponding .prot file from Cyana (using 'er' command) and then reading in the three-letter sequence (.seq) to save a Sparky resonance list, but I get an error stating that the three-letter sequence is invalid/incorrect (though I am pretty confident the sequence is correct)

I would be grateful for any recommended way to convert the .peaks list to .list format.

Regarding the sequence file, please make sure you have this style.
