Hi!
I do not understand how I should load the sequence of nucleotides for subsequent assignment.
I saw in the tutorial that they upload a file in the .seq/fasta/txt format that has this sequence and that's it. But I don't have such a file, I don't understand how to make it.
I tried to just hammer my sequence into a txt file and upload it, but the sequence is not displayed, POKY writes XX
In addition, in my case, we are talking about the assignment of a DNA duplex with a non-standard base, what should be done in this case?
I have watched only a few video tutorials on the assignment of spectra, perhaps this topic has been raised somewhere, please give a link.
Thank you in advance!

It is not required to use a sequence file to assign resonances. But if you intend to do so, you can put single codes in the "sq" window. For non-standards, you can just go free assignment without a sequence file or just use the most similar base and do a slight adjustment on the way of assignments. POKY does not enforce a user to use an assignment file so that you can just put whatever you want in the assignment dialog.
