Hello,
My name is Weimin Tan and I am a graduate student at Texas A&M University. I started using Poky for analyzing my data and I ran into a problem with the "rh" command.

In Sparky, when I use the "rh" and during setup, the program would recognize all of the spectra in a .proj file. However, in Poky, the program does not seem to recognize all of the spectra and would only show 1 spectrum. Please let me know if there's a way to fix this.

Dear Tan,

That is something related to spectrum names. The “rh” window automatically detect the time parameter value in the spectrum name, the value is assumed to be the very first number in the spectrum name, and each parameter is unique. Meaning that you can go back to spectrum setting “st” and fix. Alternatively, you can use NMR Dynamics tools in POKY Notepad.

Best,

Woonghee

Dear Tan,

If you download the latest version (BUILD 01/14/2022r), it will show no matter the time parameters are unique or not.

https://poky.clas.ucdenver.edu

Let me know if that doesn’t resolve your issue.

You need to give the spectrum names in a specific way:
Example: 50msXXXT1 or T2
                 100msXXX
…….
                300msXXX

Hope this helps
