I might suggest a discussion topic that would be in my wheelhouse. By this I mean something I might give a short and informal presentation about. I could show and tell over zoom.

linux script programming mechanics.

This would be a general discussion pertinent to any scripting language.  IE Bash, python, php, JavaScript, gnuplot, sql, ruby, R, lua, etc. It would be methods, procedures, and a variety tools one might choose.

I see people struggle with this as once did I!
