I reviewed the TOS as suggested during the meeting. While they are barely comprehensible (as they attempt to have one TOS for the website, their mobile applications, written news stories, audio content and whatever else, without separation) I believe recording for personal use is technically not permitted. So I discontinued use of my script and am searching for alternate ways to record.

However I would point out that same wide interpretation of the TOS would technically not permit anyone going to their website with a browser, or listening to any audio through the service. (I.e. the entire purpose for its being.)

What is the stream again and is it by chance also on YouTube?  If it's on YouTube, then maybe it's downloadable from there as lots of YouTube content is.  I'm guessing you already thought of all that though.

Something else I'd attempt is if software recording doesn't work, maybe feeding audio output into another PC's audio input and recording that might work or recording on a standalone audio recorder.  .. just my 2 cents.

It is a multi-hour radio show that I'd like to record because I can't always listen live.

Only some brief clips are available on YouTube.

While I have occasional, minor problems recording, the issue is TOS for use of the internet feed.

Long ago I used to have a radio tuned in, headphone jack going to sound card input. It worked, but I didn't set it back up after moving about 20 years ago. Recent years I got back into listening to the show.
