Long ago, I had a program that downloaded email messages, archived them in a database, and indexed them for fast searching. I think it was a Windows program. I've been trying to find it or something like it, but I've been looking for a couple of days and haven't found anything like it. I can't remember the name of the program I had, that would make it easier to determine if it was still in existence.  Anyone know of a program like this?

Possibly Mailstore? We use it for archival purposes.

Definitely not MailStore. At least not anything near that price. I think it was like $30, for individual use.

MailStore has a home version, which is free, if you're just looking
for something that would work:
https://www.mailstore.com/en/products/mailstore-home/

But yeah, I don't know of any others.
