Rstudios crashing for large iterations in nimble

I am running a partial membership clustering model and when I run this model for a large amount of iterations (2000), rstudios goes blank after like 20 minutes. I'm assuming that it crashes. Obviously I can do less iterations, but this isn't defining clusters as well. Any work around that yall may know? Thank you.

Hi Rayaan,

This is not really enough information for diagnosing a problem. You could start by checking if it is specific to Rstudio by running it in R outside of Rstudio. Your question implies maybe it is Rstudio-specific, but I'm not sure if that was what you intended. If you use set.seed to make the random number generation reproducible, you might be able to isolate a reproducible example of a problem. You could also share your code, and you may be asked for a minimal reproducible example (simplifying your code while still generating any error).
