I'm not doing very well with identification of raptors.  Still learning.  Not finding anything that matches in the bird guides or online.  Perhaps a juvenile.  This evening in Mine Falls Park overlooking Oxbow Cove, one photo: yellow eye, brown streaks on brown shaded upper chest and on white under...

Also encountered
11 Wood Duck
80+ European Starling
5 Common Grackle
2 Blue Jay

Still no luck finding any Nighthawks down here in Nashua.

Thank you Sheila and Josh.  The birda.org website was very helpful.  Juvenile Cooper's Hawk looks like it.  So in three evenings on the lookout for Nighthawks at Mine Falls in Nashua, I've encountered a Peregrine Falcon, a Merlin, and a Cooper's Hawk, but no Nighthawks.  Also counted 166 European Starlings in a photo from this evening.  Starlings come to roost in the same trees overlooking Oxbow Cove every evening.
