Here's how they've cooked up, or magnified, this "second wave" in Florida (and probably elsewhere
as well): 

(1) by reporting only positive test results, as Fox 35 reported in Orlando on July 14 (as piece I sent
out earlier)

and 

(2) by misreporting deaths of all kinds as "COVID-19" deaths, as CBS-affiliate 12 News
reported in West Palm Beach on July 23:

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A 60-year-old man who died from a gun shot wound to the head.

A 90-year-old man who fell and died from complications of a hip fracture.

A 77-year-old woman who died of Parkinson's disease.

These are some of the deaths in Palm Beach County recently, and incorrectly, attributed to COVID-19 in medical examiner records.
