Shutdown of "non-essential businesses" extended to May 15, in New York and other east-coast states

Will the New York Times et al. report the deaths resulting from this shutdown with the

same yellow-journalistic frenzy that has marked their output on the deaths from COVID-19?

Will they even mention them at all? 

As Dr. David L. Katz (who had an op-ed in the Time last month) says in the interview that I

sent out last night, the new coronavirus kills—and so does the "societal collapse" induced

by these long, sweeping lockdowns. 

Nor is he the only expert making that essential point; but you wouldn't know it from the Times.
