At 2:40, Dr. Levin gets into the part about those households where the family shares one bathroom,
and just one member of that family has tested positive, so that the "contact investigators" will "remove" 
that person, for quarantine in "other types of housing."


This "program" kills two birds with one stone. It grants the state extraordinary power to split families
up (a horror when Trump did it at the border, though not when Obama did it); and it will help make sure
that the people of Ventura County don't develop herd immunity to COVID-19 (an eventual benefit for the 
entire US population, since that "pilot program," Dr. Levin tells us, has counterparts in many other states, 
and will be adopted by them all).
