my local nitter port not populating to the messages

Hi! 

I've got a local nitter instance that is at localhost:3001. My URL file has lines like this one:

http://localhost:3001/bitstein/rss "tw"

but in the articles, all the links omit the port. eg:

Hi Chris,

It looks like Nitter builds links in RSS using the `urlPrefix`: https://github.com/zedeus/nitter/blob/687447cea43089e0550ed47656535e11ba8f69f8/src/views/rss.nimf#L69-L76

That URL prefix is taken from cfg.hostname: https://github.com/zedeus/nitter/blob/687447cea43089e0550ed47656535e11ba8f69f8/src/formatters.nim#L31-L33

I think this can be fixed by including the port number in the hostname (in nitter.conf, e.g. hostname = "localhost:3001").
