Regarding Neuroglancer Compatability in mac os High sierra

Is there any specific installation prior using neuroglancer, I have been trying to open the file and it is showing error:WebGL? anyone having similar issues?

You can check webglreport.com to see if WebGL2 is supported.  I don't have any specific advice regarding MacOS High Sierra --- but you can check the internet for how you may be able to get WebGL2 working.  But it is also possible that Chrome simply does not support it because you are using such an old operating system version.  You could try Firefox and/or Safari.  But you may also want to upgrade your operating system if possible.
