netty-tcnative jar to be published into Maven Central Repository for ppc64le

Hello,

We need to build grpc-java on ppc64le. I'm also able to build grpc-java, however, one test (grpc-interop-test:test) of it is failing for netty-tcnative jar. It says 

Failed to load any of the given libraries: [netty-tcnative-linux-ppcle_64, netty-tcnative-linux-ppcle_64-fedora, netty-tcnative]

I've also built netty-tcnative from source on Power. But I wanted to know how can I make those jars available on maven's repository. If the netty-tcnative community does it, what would be process or how would I need to request that?

I think supporting ppc64 officially would be hard for us as I don’t think any of our core-developers has access to such a machine.

So I am afraid we may not want to do this atm :(
