netty 4.1.19.Final Java 11 support

Hi,

Does netty 4.1.19.Final officially supported to run on Java 11 ?

If not what is the recommended version to run on a OpenJDK 11 environment ?

No it does not… I think the first version that worked without problems was 4.1.29.Final. That said you should use the latest 4.1.x release.
