HTTP/2.0 server push in Netty

Is there any example for server push using HTTP/2.0 in netty? I am trying to build an app using HTTP/2.0 spec and need server push using PUSH_PROMISE frame.

There might be better examples of using server push out there and I'll, but here is one that we are currently working on:

At the moment there is only a very basic Netty client [1] for this server as it is specific to the Web Push API and browser support is pretty limited at the moment.
