studying parents cooperating to care their kids.

Dear Users,
I need help.
Am an amateur in NetLogo, but am trying to model a cooperative model where parents care for their non-schooling kids jointly.
Each parent tends the kids once a week. for the start, am starting with 5 parents (marking the first week), but new parents come in once the old ones are 4 years old in the scheme.
I am stuck with asking parents!
Any help or guidance?
