Static files are not being served

Hello fellow netbox users,

I have a newely installed netbox and it works fine except that i get 404 on all static resources that netbox serves.

Netbox version: v2.2.1

Is there something that I am missing?

Are you running gunicorn behind a reverse proxy?  If so, what software are you running and how have you configured it?

You need to configure the reverse proxy to serve static files correctly.  There are some examples at http://netbox.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation/web-server/

I use Apache, and it works for me.

It was a silly mistake on my part. I though that i could run nginx externaly and not on the host itself, after i installed nginx on the nginx host it works like a charm.
