Reset/Delete Master Key?

Hello, we have an install that wasn't used for some time, and we're in the process of starting to use it. Is there a way to delete the master key so we can get everything reset for secret storage? I don't care about losing stored passwords, I just need to remove the master key so we can have users start storing and using secrets.

You can delete all secrets and all user keys. The first new user key to be created should then effect a new master key.
