Hi all,

I want to build nixie clock with six IN-12 tubes controled by microcontroler. I'm thinking skipping building power supply and just buying a finished one.
Is this one going to be ok? http://tayloredge.com/storefront/SmartNixie/PSU/index.html

Thanks!

I have used a few of this guys power supplies in the past for nixie and non-nixie projects and was quite impressed! Great power from a small package. High quality too. I even "abused" one causing it to fry and the guy fixed it for free, minus postage.

Yes, it will be fine. One of John Taylor's 1364 modules powers my 42 tube clock (http://youtu.be/4FnxWsp58EM) without breaking sweat. That design is multiplexed, but there are up to 14 tubes active at any instant.

Cheers,

Jon.
