Hey all,

I thought some of you might like this project I finished last weekend.
I had a couple of N-12's and wanted to do something different with them other than a clock to a watch etc. So I durned them into some dice.

The left tube is one Die and the right tube is the other... you shake the device to "shuffle" and then set it down to "roll" once it lands on both numbers, it totals them up and shows the result.

I made a video demonstrating them here: https://youtu.be/OjV2rZLKhQE

Pretty cool.  Is it set up as two 6-sided dice?

From watching the video, it appears it is.  Then holds the display for the 2 die and then adds them together for a total for another second or two.

Nice use of Nixies other than a clock.

Yeah, six sided. some people have mentioned having it do other types. Could add a button to cycle through different modes i suppose. It wasn't on my mind at the time it was just more of a "what can I do that's different with two nixie tubes.."

That's cool. A pretty complete concept, with a battery too. What did you use for the charger?
