¿ mystery digivac ? does anyone have any info?

Attached some photos and a video. 

I won this on ebay a few days ago, the seller said that it was NIB but that the box was degraded to the point where the part number could not be read.
It has a left-hand colon, and it was clearly intended to be used for some kind of clock,

it uses a 10 pin base instead of a 9 pin base like regular digivacs, 

If anyone has a clock that uses these or has one of these tubes or has a tung-sol databook please chime in! I would really like to know the part number!

That is an odd one Audrey. I have a number of different DTF1704's and haven't seen one with the extra bar and colon dots (if that's what they're there for).....odd that it doesn't have a more unique model number though.... does it work?
