FW-TH revB voltage?

I don't have it yet but I bought Nixie fan's clock from the people selling his collection. It says it takes 9V in the listing... Is this correct or is 12V ok? I don't have the clock in my hands yet but thought I'd ask. This is the same clock Michael modified and made into a Bad Nixie acrylic clock. This is the Peter Hand version.
