This is some nixie watches, which are make a Russian master-hand Wall-ery.

Tubes (Z590M) and electronics are assembled on one-side PCB, dimensions of module - 50x35x14 mm. 
Power supply - LiPo accumulator, 3,7v 150...250 mAh.

Curiously, I just received an email from someone in Russia who wants
help making a B4997 watch just like the one in Metro: Last Light.
This may be his salvation.

Watches from "Metro: LL" have a very non-standard proportions.
But we can do it ! (but only on LED-matrix)

How high is an IN-17 nixie or a B5870 compared to the case?

Hight of this watches is 12mm, diameter - 48mm
IN-17 has 22mm +5mm (tube for air) + 1mm(watch's glass)
B5870 has 13mm, but make very wide case (around 70...75mm)
