Mystery tube - Any ideas?

I very recently found the following in a stash of tubes that we're supposed to be B5092s.

The lettering looks like NL-5054 (not much of it left...), but no such tube exists to my knowledge... it's an unusual side by side double nixie in the same glass envelope size as a B5092..

Any ideas?

From my spreadsheet, perhaps NL-5094 with 2 stacks of 3 special chars (N,M,µ on left; S,V,A on right).
