Some very pretty pictures here http://www.hazardousphysics.com/misc/Nixie_tube_at_300000V.html though personally I think he is taking the whole cathode cleaning thing a bit too far!

One day I will (might?) build myself a Tesla coil...

His Philae nixie clock is an interesting design, and all together mad...I like it!
