querry about B4998 module

Hello gents 

please be so kind and let me know if any of you know where this 8 nixie tube module has been used . 
I was lucky enough to get one with all 8 tubes in working condition 

board is identical with this one :
B-4998 Nixie Tube Board

Looks like it could be an elevator call station display or something like that...

I thought of that , but I am kind of doubt due to the very small size of the tubes 
It would be very interesting to know the exact usage of that module

I 'think' I have a couple of NIM units that used very very small nixies for the readouts, before they switched to the old red dot displays, before they switched to the old red LED displays.  I'd like to say I'll check soon, but they are, err, inaccessible at the moment...
