Repair or replacement of neon signs in Europe

Dear group,

Long time lurker with finally a question:

Is there still somewhere a (semi-) professional shop that specializes in the repair of old, damaged or failing neon tube signs active in Europe? Belgium would be awesome, but let's not dream...

And I mean the whole shebang, electronics, fixing and filling broken glass, testing...

Asking for an art  institute in the possession of old neon art pieces in various states of potential disrepair.

Rik (who really, really... really has to come around and  finish one of the five nixieclocks not even half finished.)

I really should visit it, it looks spectacular. But there are a LOT of articles on youtube if you want to see more of it.
