Up until now, that seller had been reasonable.  I've bought a few things from him.  Now he's got the greed disease...

I've also purchased from vanna in the past. Managed to get some fine grid IN-8s with solid pins (like regular socketable IN-8s) at a reasonable price. 

He does (or did) accept reasonable offers but his asking price is out of control on this one. It's not even worth a quarter of what he's asking...

Explains why he hasn’t sold any since 2018 (which were at a lower value anyway).

My guess is maybe it's a mistake because I've also bought a lot of stuff from vannamore... he'll accept any reasonable offers from my experience I've gotten some really nice stuff cheap from him.  He's honored all the auctions I've won for low dollar amounts as well.
