Looks like an STLink (knockoff, probably) programmer is included?

That's not a Nixie watch, it's a Nixie watch module. The case is about
20 times harder to design than the circuit board.

Imagine how fat that looks if you make a proper case around that. Also the alignment of the digits is very odd! They should be at leas in the middle...

Yeah, but why?

I don't think I trust a li-ion battery labeled "Trustfire".

Why not - they're just continuing a long tradition of somewhat-inappropriate brand names:

Sparkle Power - power supplies - http://www.sparklepower.com/
MeanWell - power supplies - http://www.meanwell.com
TVI (ham radio acronym for TeleVision Interference) - video terminals (TeleVideo, Inc)
NonLinear Systems - oscilloscopes and other test equipment (which you would hope would be linear)
Fluke - well-regarded manufacturer of test equipment, but it must be a fluke 8-)

Or course, Jeff Thomas released a Nixie watch that used a "Krusty the Clown" battery,
but that was an intentional joke: http://www.nixie.dk/~jthomas/watch.html

The phase is "nominative determinism".

Here in Dubai we've have a building that in the last couple of years has gone up in flames not once, but twice...

It was, and still is, named "The Torch"...

Nobody today would sell petroleum under the explosive name of shell, would they?

I'm guessing "The Torch" is a guy working for the building owner!
