Has anyone got or know of a place that offers 6 or more digit Dekatron Clock kits?
Hi Jack
Nick Stock and I are working on a 7 dekatron clock that uses British counter tubes (e.g. GC10B and variants). We hope to have modifications for Soviet OG4 and American 6802 as well. The hardware based on the Fortress E1T Clock:
http://www.sgitheach.org.uk/fortress.html
(which you know well ^_^) but without the heater PSU and with
drivers for dekatrons rather than E1T tubes. The (optional)
standard case will be based on laser cut acrylic and 3D components
for assembly.
Here's the first prototype:

The prototype is up and running... I would hope the kits will be available next summer. The hold up is that we are moving house in January and I expect that SHMBO will have a job list as long as both my arms... Putting my workshop together won't be high on the list.
If anyone is interested in following progress of this kit then
please email me and I'll keep you up to date without burdening
this list.
Cheers Grahame
