Just came in from Bangkok via Russia
These are 1" high and nearly 0.5" wide

Do they have any name/number?
 
I have turned my attention towards VFD’s really and have several displays and clock IC’s, all from Russia.
 
VFD’s appear to be more trickier to drive, but don’t require “lethal voltages” (as if that would be of any importnace to me ...).

They look like IV11s, which are the same as the ones in my 8-tube (open source :-D) clock design here:
