According to the manual, it is Bubble LED.

 

1990-0485  (later replaced with 1990-0335).     Used in F-15 Aircraft.   😊

Bear in mind that HP used the 5082 prefix for a bunch of unrelated displays - single- or multi-position, raw 7-segment displays, decoded decimal or hexadecimal displays, and probably a bunch of other stuff. Quite a mishmash.
